Q: Does pan tilt move automatically?

A: Yes, when you tap the '360° pan button', the mount automatically moves to its leftmost point and then pans to the rightmost point before returning to its default position.

Q: Why is my pan-tilt not working?

A: It is important that you place your pan-tilt mount in a location where it has enough clearance to fully move in all directions. This will most often occur if the unit is placed too close to a wall or other objects.

Q: How to rotate pan tilt?

A: When you are in live view, you can fully operate your pan-tilt mount by tapping on the horizontal and vertical motion controls. A single tap will move your camera in 1° increments.

Q: Can you mount pan tilt?

A: While the pan tilt mount does not come with a ceiling or wall mount. It does have a built-in 1/4 inch threaded screw hole in the base that can be used to attach it to a third party mounting accessory.

Q: Does pan tilt camera need sync module?

A: It doesn't use batteries and doesn't need a sync module to operate unless you're using local storage. Add your mini 2 camera to any system (including mini or video doorbell cameras) for group arm, disarm, and scheduling features.
